Training requests Members ask for a qualification under Requests. They see how many trainers it has, how many others are waiting, and how long it usually takes. Its trainers are told straight away: by a ping of the qualification's instructor role in the requests channel, by a message, or both. Choose under Requests, Training, How trainers are told. If nobody picks a request up, trainers are reminded every few days, and everyone gets a message an hour before a booked session.
