Reviews
When a request is delivered, the customer can leave one review for it within 60 days: stars and a few lines. Reviews show on your home page once you switch on the Reviews section under Site, Home Page, with an average once there are three. On Reviews you can reply once to each. You can't hide a review yourself: if one breaks the rules, use Report to MerlinHQ and staff decide whether it stays. You hear what they decided.
