Staff Tickets
Staff tickets let members reach your staff privately from Discord: a question, a complaint, leave, an appeal, or topics you add. They are under People, Staff tickets. Setting up Open the Settings tab and pick the Tickets channel. Each ticket is a private thread there, seen only by the member, the bot and the topic's staff roles. A staff-only channel works best; the bot needs Create Private Threads and Send Messages in Threads in it. Under Topics, keep or change the usual four and add the staff roles for each.
