The ORBAT
The ORBAT (order of battle) is how your unit is laid out: parts, like a platoon or a squad, each with its slots. Open People, ORBAT. The top of the page shows how many slots are filled and how many people have no slot yet. Building the layout The layout itself is made in People, Unit structure, on the ORBAT layout tab (the Edit layout button takes you there). See Unit structure. Each slot can have: a Slot callsign, shown beside its role (for example R11A); a Required qualification. People without it are marked Not yet qualified when you assign them; an Active tick.
