Your Kit
If your unit has written its kit regulations into MerlinHQ, open My kit in your Member area. You see the kit for the slot you hold, with quantities, choices and notes. Items you aren't qualified for yet say what you need. Open an operation and follow its kit link to see your kit for that operation, with anything allowed, banned or handed out just for it. If your unit's camo goes by nation or faction, pick yours at the top of the page. Look at any other role's kit, for example before asking to change slot. In Discord, /kit shows the same privately.
