Extra Posts: One Person in More Than One Slot
Sometimes one person fills two places, like a platoon sergeant who also leads a fireteam. Their main slot is where they belong; any other slot they hold is an extra post. Giving an extra post Open People, ORBAT and press Assign on the vacant slot. Tick Include people already in a slot. Find the person and press Extra post. Someone with no slot at all gets it as their main slot instead. On the ORBAT the slot shows them marked Also, and their profile lists it under Also holds.
