Discord roles and console permissions
Everyone who signs in to your unit gets the member area (their profile, operations, documents). What they can do in the console comes from unit roles, and unit roles come from Discord roles. Settings, Roles and permissions. Each unit role has a list of permissions, like viewing the roster or editing operations. Link each unit role to one or more Discord roles. Anyone with one of those Discord roles gets the permissions the next time they load a page. The owner always has full access. Start small: give staff what they need, and add more later.
