Discipline Records
Discipline records are kept apart from the service record, and only staff whose role has View discipline records see them. Open People, Discipline for the whole unit, or the discipline panel on a person's profile. Kinds of record Note, Verbal warning, Written warning, Strike and Suspension. Each kind starts with its own points and how long it counts; you can change both on each record. Adding a record Needs Issue discipline.
