Turning bot messages off
Everyone chooses for themselves, with /dms in Discord or under Messages from the bot in their member area on the unit site: Everything: updates about you, reminders, replies to your comments, welcome messages and notes for trainers. Only about me: your application, your leave and training requests, change requests and records about you. Nothing else. Nothing: the bot never messages you. Everything still shows on the site. Posts in channels aren't affected. If someone has turned messages off, the application log says the message didn't go, so recruiters know to reach them another way.
