Backups and restoring
Each unit has its own database. It is backed up automatically, and copies are kept off the server; how often and how many depends on your plan. Download a copy: your unit's page, Backups. Keep your own copies of anything important. Restore: from the same page. The current data is backed up first, so a restore can be undone. In the console, owners can also make and restore their own backups (Settings, Backups). Before every software update your unit is backed up, and if it doesn't start on the new version it is put back as it was.
