Attendance from your game server
Connect your game server under Community, Game servers with its address (and RCON details if you have them). During an operation the bot records who is on. With RCON players are matched by their account, exactly. Without RCON players are matched by in-game name; clan tags and ranks are ignored. Anyone it can't place is listed afterwards, and you link them once. After the operation, attendance is filled in and a report is posted in your staff log channel. You can always change it by hand on the operation's Attendance tab.
